Template love

Today I bring you this stylish, minimalistic beauty for free. Easy on the eyes, yet lovingly designed down to the smallest detail. ☺
This one fits really big photos (700px), so you can have big pics yet still have your sidebar to the right.

If you want to ad pops of color you can still change link colors etc from the template editor, and you can upload the header image (included in the zip-file) via the layout page. Just be sure not to click the "resize" option. Only the blog header is a "fixed" font, but if you know your way around CSS that shouldn't scare you off. Which brings me to this, friends... You may change, design, fix and personalize this template to suit you... but leave the footer link intact, please. That's all I ask.

Oh, and the links in the navbar are edited in this piece of code:

<ul id='meny'>
<li><a href='#'>Startpage</a></li>
<li><a href='#'>About</a></li>
<li><a href='#'>Portfolio</a></li>
<li><a href='#'>Get in touch</a></li>

Just go to edit HTML -> press Ctrl+F and search for it. Easy! Another thing to make sure this template displays correctly, is to enable the date header via the layout page. Click on the post widget and check the date header option to have it displayed above the post header, if it isn't there already. Also disable tags, share buttons, author etc, if you want your post footer displayed as you see it here. :)

So, let's try this beauty, shall we?

Photo, 700px wide:

..and here comes a very interesting blockquote, to show you how darn clever your posts will look when you post cool quotes:

Nulla facilisi. Vivamus id lorem metus. Praesent a augue in urna mollis molestie at ac mi. Donec iaculis magna eu fringilla pulvinar. In eget congue elit, et mollis dolor. Aenean a mi in elit ultricies tempus fermentum rhoncus ligula. Nulla pretium ligula sed ante lacinia, id cursus felis volutpat. Sed sit amet faucibus neque, a dapibus libero.

So.. There you have it. A professional looking goodie, all for free. You've checked it out and decided you think your blog deserves to look this good? Well then! Be my guest and download here, and I do hope you'll be happy with your download. If you run into any trouble, contact me! Always upload a new template on a test blog first, just to be sure. Have fun!

  12. Any recommendations? When I add a custom header jpeg, I get a large white space between it and the post date. It's not unbearable, but just annoying. Thingsiloveblog.com.

    Thanks for your help.
